Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the order. Most custom pieces are completed within 7–14 business days after design approval. We'll give you a specific timeline when we confirm your order.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to begin work on your custom order. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Payment details will be provided when we confirm your order.

Changes can be made before production begins. Once we've started crafting your piece, modifications may not be possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to update your order details.

Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect or error on our part. We take great care to ensure every piece meets your expectations before shipping.

We'll send you an email notification with photos of your completed piece for approval before we ship. Once approved, your order will be packaged and dispatched with tracking information provided.
